The Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training ((ノルウェー語:Utdanningsdirektoratet), UDIR) is Norwegian government agency under the Ministry of Education and Research. It is responsible for development of primary and secondary education, including the management of the Norwegian Support System for Special Education (Statped). The organization, based in Oslo, was established on 15 June 2004 by then-Minister of Education Kristin Clemet. Its director since 2004 is Petter Skarheim. ==Annulment of exam results in 2011== The results of student examinations were annulled for all 1698 test takers (in subject "''matematikk 1 T''"), because the agency had e-mailed the questions prior to the exam, as instructed by a non-authorized recipient.〔http://www.vg.no/nyheter/innenriks/elevavisen/artikkel.php?artid=10032380〕
